Heading for La Grande-Motte
Christophe Buholzer, skipper of the S2C 55 "Swisscat", will leave Antalya on the 26th of March bound for La Grand-Motte, where the yacht will be presented to the gathered media and public at the International Multihull Boat Show from the 14th to the 17th of April.
"There are five of us aboard: four sailors and our chef Claudine, who will be keeping us well-fed during the trip."
After a brief stop in Rhodes for administrative reasons, the S2C 55 will then head for Hyeres, where they will pick up a new passenger in the form of Isabelle Schreiber, spokesperson for Swiss Catamaran Concept in France. "Isabelle will join us for the second half of the trip up to La Grande Motte to get to know the boat inside-out so she can best inform her clients at the show."
Before leaving Turkey, the S2C 55 carried out a number of on-water tests in the area including a media trip for journalists interested in this innovative concept. Articles will appear soon in 'Sail Magazine' and 'Swiss Boat'.
