The architect
Sebschmidt design produces racing and cruising yachts from their offices in Geneva. Located in the Rue du Rhône, the team has been involved in most of Lake Geneva’s successful racing yachts over the past two decades, including the famous Décision 35 catamarans or Alinghi 41, the cat that served as a laboratory of experimentations for the America’s cupper Alinghi V.
Involved since day one in the development of the S2C 55, Sébastien Schmidt managed to include his great knowledge of racing yachts into the field of offshore cruising. He successfully conceived a production unit that has the finish of a prototype and that is both fast, safe and comfortable.
